Our Story



At Heather's Baker Basket, we're passionate about baking. Our speciality is homemade Sourdough Loaves and Baguettes, French Bread Loaves and Baguettes, & yummy pastries. As a local family-owned bakery, we take pride in our products and adhere to the highest standards of food safety. I am trained in safe-handling practices, and I hold a food manager license to ensure we comply with all safety regulations. With our dedicated baking room and commercial oven, we produce fresh, delicious baked goods that are made with love and for our valued customers. Our recipes have been passed down for generations, and we use only the highest quality ingredients. From our kitchen to your table, we're dedicated to making every bite extraordinary!

Trust the Process


We believe in taking the time to do things right. We use an old sourdough starter to enhance the flavor of our sourdough bread, then the dough is left to ferment for at least 12 hours so it develops the best flavor, density, and texture. I'm proud to say that I created the perfect French bread fluffy baguette. Slow-rise and proofing techniques result in a deliciously light and airy bread with a perfect crust. With my dedicated baker room and commercial oven, I ensure that each item is baked to perfection. We use organic ingredients to provide the best tasting results. From mixing to baking to packaging, we put love and attention into every step from start to finish.
